First Camp of the Season

The three of us went camping yesterday. We stayed close to home in case Lucas didn't handle sleeping in a tent very well. He hasn't been camping before so we weren't sure how it would work out. He was pretty good. There were thunderstorm and neighbor's car alarm issues, but otherwise he did pretty good.

My friend Anna feeds her son butter and coffee for breakfast. I feed mine mud for dinner.

"Is there any mud on my tongue mom?"

I love how Maryland is so wooded!
